About José
José Peña is part of the NMBA administration team, assisting with the daily operations of the academy and serving as one of the first points of contact for students, families, members, and visitors. His role centers on communication, organization, scheduling support, and helping ensure that each interaction is handled with clarity, professionalism, and attentive service.
Prior to joining NMBA, José developed a strong foundation in customer service, hospitality, and administrative support through several community-facing roles. His experience in residential hospitality and client support helped shape his calm, professional, and detail-oriented approach to working with people, resolving day-to-day needs, and creating a welcoming environment.
As an active member of the academy's tennis community, José brings a personal appreciation for the sport and a genuine connection to the environment he represents. He enjoys contributing to a setting where students can build discipline, confidence, and consistency both on and off the court. At NMBA, he is proud to assist the coaches, families, and players who help create the academy's positive and growth-oriented culture.
