About Chloe
Chloe Gauvreau has been part of the NMBA coaching staff since 2018 and currently serves as both a coach and the director of the Afterschool Program for junior players. Her journey to NMBA is one defined by athletic excellence, academic achievement, and a genuine love for the sport she grew up in.
Born and raised in England and having lived across multiple countries, Chloe developed her tennis game at Club Med Academies — one of the world's most respected high-performance tennis institutions. After graduating, she earned a full athletic scholarship to Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi, where she competed on both the Division I tennis team and the Division I cross-country team simultaneously — a rare dual-sport achievement that speaks to her exceptional athleticism and discipline.
Chloe later transferred to Florida International University in Miami, where she earned a double major in Biological Sciences — bringing the same rigor she applied on the court to her academic pursuits. Her scientific background gives her a unique analytical lens when it comes to player development and physical performance.
Fluent in Spanish and currently learning French, Chloe brings a truly international perspective to her coaching — connecting with athletes from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. At NMBA, she is a trusted daily presence for the juniors in the Afterschool Program, combining her playing experience, academic credentials, and multicultural outlook to develop well-rounded student-athletes.
